By creating an account and using TSBS (Trophy Systems Billing Software), you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts & Subscriptions

Each account is provided on a subscription basis. Access to create and edit records requires an active subscription. Upon expiry, the account becomes read-only.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, or compromise platform security.

3. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data. We process it solely to provide the service.

4. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TSBS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
